01 Information We Collect

Information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, password, and age or date of birth
• Body and profile details: sex, height, weight, target weight, waist measurement, body fat percentage, goals, and activity level
• Health and fitness data: workout logs, meal and nutrition logs, water, sleep, fasting, protein, added sugar, and alcohol tracking, weekly check-ins, and progress data
• Preferences: food preferences, dislikes, allergies, workout equipment, and any injuries or special requests you choose to share in surveys
• Photos: meal photos and progress or weigh-in photos you upload
• Messages: messages you send to the AI coach, support requests, and feedback
• Family members: if you use family meal planning, the name, sex, age, height, weight, and goals of the family members you add

Information from connected services, only if you choose to connect them:

• Apple Health: read-only access to your workouts. We never write data to Apple Health
• Kroger: an authorization to add items to your Kroger cart, and the ZIP code you use to find a store

Information we collect automatically, including device information, push notification tokens, app usage data, and cookies on our website. With your permission, the app uses your microphone and your device's speech recognition for voice logging, and your camera or photo library to add meal photos.

We do not collect your precise location or your contacts.

02 How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver and personalize the Service, including AI-generated meal plans, workouts, lessons, meal analysis, and coaching
• Process payments and subscriptions
• Send you notifications, access codes, and account emails or text messages
• Provide customer support
• Improve and develop the Service

We do not use your Apple Health data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with data brokers.

03 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share your information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Hosting and database: Google Firebase and Google Cloud store your account, data, and photos
• AI processing: to generate plans, analyze meals, and power the AI coach, relevant information (such as your profile, goals, preferences, logs, meal photos, and messages) is sent to Google's Gemini AI models
• Payments: Stripe processes your payments. We do not store your full card number
• Communications: email and SMS providers deliver account emails, access codes, and text messages, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging delivers push notifications
• Kroger: if you connect Kroger, the grocery items you choose and your ZIP code are sent to Kroger to find products and fill your cart
• Your gym or coach: if you joined through a gym, studio, or coach, they may see your name, email, plan, and membership status. Robodyx coaches may review your check-ins and progress photos to give you feedback
• Other members: if you join a leaderboard or private group, your name, avatar, and scores are visible to other members of that group
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and our company

04 Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

05 Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or export your personal information at any time. To do so, contact us at jose@robodyx.ai.

You can also revoke the app's access to Apple Health, your microphone, camera, photos, or notifications at any time in your device settings, and disconnect Kroger in the app.

06 Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your RoBodyx account directly in the app:

1. Open the RoBodyx app
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap "Delete Account"
4. Confirm your password to complete deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, activity logs, photos, and login credentials. This action cannot be undone.

If you are unable to access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing jose@robodyx.ai.

07 Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08 Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. You must be 18 or older to create an account.

If you add family members for meal planning, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you have their permission to share their information with us.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
