01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and are able to enter into a binding agreement.

03 Your Account

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including your body and health details
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may delete your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy.

04 Health & Fitness Disclaimer

RoBodyx is not a medical provider. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a doctor, registered dietitian, or other licensed professional.

Workouts, meal plans, nutrition targets, fasting guidance, lessons, coaching, and other content in the Service are for general informational and wellness purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise, nutrition, fasting, or weight-loss program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or eating disorder, take medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

You are responsible for checking that meals and recipes suit your allergies and dietary needs.

You participate in any physical activity at your own risk. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

05 AI-Generated Content

Many features, including meal plans, meal photo analysis, calorie and macro estimates, workouts, lessons, and the AI coach, are generated by artificial intelligence. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for you. Always use your own judgment, and do not rely on AI content as professional advice.

06 Plans & Payments

RoBodyx offers a free Basic plan and paid plans (Plus, Pro, and Elite) with monthly or annual billing periods. Current prices and features are shown in the app before you buy.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your paid plan gives you access for the billing period you purchase
• Any renewal terms are shown at checkout before you pay
• To cancel, contact our support team in the app or by email. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period
• Programs purchased in the marketplace are one-time purchases and do not renew
• Free trials and access codes last for the period stated when they are issued
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable

We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.

07 Gyms, Studios & Coaches

You may join RoBodyx through a gym, studio, or coach, or use an app branded by one of them. In that case:

• They may see your name, email, plan, and membership status, and may sponsor or discount your plan
• Programs sold by gyms or coaches in the marketplace are created by them, and they are responsible for that content
• Your relationship with your gym or coach, including any separate membership fees, is between you and them

08 Third-Party Services

The Service can connect to third-party services, such as Apple Health and Kroger. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Grocery orders are placed and paid for with Kroger, and Robodyx is not responsible for product availability, pricing, or delivery.

09 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Access or attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or resell any part of the Service
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, or infringes the rights of others
• Share another person's information without their permission

10 Your Content

You keep ownership of the information and content you add to the Service, such as logs, photos, and messages. You grant Robodyx a limited license to store, process, and display that content only to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11 Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by ROBODYX LLC or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

13 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular health, fitness, or weight-loss result.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROBODYX LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any injury, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROBODYX LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

16 App Store Terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, these Terms are between you and ROBODYX LLC, not Apple or Google. Robodyx, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the app, its content, maintenance, support, and any claims relating to it. Your use of the app must also follow the app store's own terms of service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

17 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
